Shape the Future of Procurement as Our Global Procurement Marketing Operations Manager!

As part of the Global Procurement Marketing Operations team, based across several European offices including our headquarters, you will help shape the future of how we work. You will build scalable capabilities, accelerate digital innovation, and create outstanding experiences for our teams. Working closely with global, regional, and local colleagues, you will turn bold ideas into practical solutions and harness automation and artificial intelligence to unlock greater strategic value.
Key responsibilities:
• Simplify and standardize processes across Global Procurement Marketing.
• Design, pilot, and scale innovative solutions across categories to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Create transparency through meaningful performance indicators, actionable insights, and data-driven decision-making.
• Establish governance and ways of working that balance speed with compliance.
• Use digital tools, automation, and artificial intelligence to simplify work, strengthen decision-making, and increase productivity.
• Translate business needs into practical, user-focused solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Lead cross-functional projects from concept to successful adoption, while supporting colleagues through practical guidance and training.
Your Profile
• At least three to four years of relevant professional experience in procurement operations, category management, marketing, digital transformation, consulting, data analysis, or a related field.
• A university degree in business administration, supply chain management, procurement, marketing, industrial engineering, business analytics, or a comparable field.
• A strong track record of delivering cross-functional projects and connecting processes, systems, data, and international stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in process improvement and standardization, supported by performance reporting, digital tools, automation, or artificial intelligence.
• Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
• Passionate about transformation and enjoy turning complexity into simple, effective ways of working.
• Analytical thinker with a pragmatic, solution-focused approach and the drive to make things happen.
• Curious about digital innovation and eager to explore new technologies and smarter ways of working.
• Skilled in bringing people together, building trusted relationships, and inspiring collaboration across functions, regions, and cultures.
• Communicates complex topics clearly and engagingly, helping others understand, decide, and act.
• Takes ownership, remains resilient when challenges arise, and is motivated to create visible, lasting impact with the team.
