Descripción

Ever dreamed of working where fragrances tell stories? At Eurofragance, we don’t just create fragrances — we create experiences. With passion, excellence and bold entrepreneurial spirit, we’re growing fast and want you to grow with us. Join a global team headquartered in Barcelona, with offices in Dubai, Singapore, Mexico, Turkey, India… and more! Here, your work truly matters — and so do you. 🎯 What's your mission? Your mission will be to lead the assigned weekly projects, analyzing and reconstituting sample formulas requested by our clients, ensuring they are as accurate as possible both chromatographically and olfactively, working closely with and supporting the perfumers. At the same time, you will contribute to the team by carrying out the necessary laboratory tasks. 🛠️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day • Analyze fragrances using GCMS/FID across a wide range of consumer products, including Fine Fragrance, customer oils, Personal Care, Air Care and Household. • Work on fragrance formula reconstitution. • Lead individual analytical projects, sharing and discussing results with perfumers. • Collaborate with internal teams such as Perfumery, Compounding Laboratory, Application, QC, R&D and Evaluation. • Continuously develop and maintain a strong knowledge of fragrance raw materials, both from an analytical and olfactive perspective. • Perform fragrance extractions from Personal Care and Household products, determine fragrance dosage in alcoholic samples, and ensure proper use and maintenance of chromatographic equipment following Eurofragance protocols. ✅ What you need to shine in this role • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with GCMS/FID instrumentation and fragrance analysis. • Ideally, experience working across different product categories and markets. • Knowledge of a variety of extraction techniques. • Strong smelling ability, ideally supported by olfactive knowledge of perfumery raw materials. • Languages: English (B2), Spanish. ✨ What do we offer you at Eurofragance? Much more than just a job! Take a look at everything we’ve prepared for you: • Stability and growth in a solid company in full expansion. • International environment with a multicultural team and language practice. • Flexible start time and remote work 2 days/week (after 3 months and as long as the role is eligible for remote work). • Flexible compensation with Cobee (meals, transport, childcare, etc.). • Health & wellness services: medical, physiotherapy, psychological support. • Sports facilities: paddle court, gym, yoga classes. • Medical & life insurance for your peace of mind. • Special prices on perfumes — because you’ll want to wear what we create. • Healthy meals four days a week, supported by the company. • Pension plan to help you build a secure financial future. 🌍 Why Eurofragance? We believe in diversity and in creating a space where everyone feels welcome — regardless of gender, age, background, orientation, or ability. We’re also deeply committed to sustainability: reducing our carbon footprint, enhancing energy efficiency and cultivating environmental respect. By joining us, you become part of a company that actively works to make a positive impact on the planet — and on people. Ready to join us on this sensorial adventure? 🌍
