POSITION
We are currently looking for an HR Talent Development Advisor to join the HR team for 1 year, at Madrid Head Office. The successful candidate will join an international & dynamic environment to give support to the HR team and retail network of the Mediterranean Region (Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Israel, Turkey & Kazakhstan)
The HR Talent Development Advisor will report directly to the Talent Development and CSR Manager of the Mediterranean region and work closely with the overall HR team.
Talent Development
• Talent Reviews presentation
• Monitoring the RISE performance campaign and collaborating in the OMR process
• Preparation and delivering regional webinars and training
• Contribute to Career Compass, Pulse Survey and other Group’s Initiatives
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
• Partner in evaluating candidates to ensure high potential and strong cultural alignment.
• Leverage data insights to optimize talent acquisition strategies and metrics.
• Champion University partnerships and employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
CSR & Employee Engagement
• Act as main point of contact for disability-employment subcontract partners (renewals, newcomers, resignations)
• Support regional CSR initiatives (Disability Inclusion, Women's Empowerment, Employee Engagement)
Internal HR Communication
• Prepare HR Communication through weekly presentations, company-wide announcements, and engagement campaigns.
• Design presentations and materials for talent, CSR, and culture initiatives that inspire action.
Resorts Coordination
• Missions: Coordinate regional and EMEA staff assignments for resort locations.
• Seasonal Monitoring and follow up, communication with stakeholders and employees.
Events & Systems
• Help coordinate attendee confirmation and content for HR events and training courses
• Ownership of local IT mobility systems to track employee movements, transfers, and team reassignments across the region, across all local retail applications (NEMO, ICON, Devices).
HR Cost Controlling & Benefits Coordination
• Coordinate benefits administration across the region.
• Support HR invoicing and financial administration processes, managing vendor creations, SAP Purchase Orders (POs), and payment tracking.
• Partner with external vendors to ensure financial compliance and resolve payment queries.

Requirements
Graduated from Business School/University or holding a degree in HR/Business Administration
1-year of previous experience in a similar role is required, in the retail field and/or HR department
It is mandatory that the candidate can formalize a “contrato de practicas” based on Spanish labor law.
Availability: start at the end of August -6 months (renewable up to 1 year).
From Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week.
